Muay Thai is known as the art of eight limbs because you use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins as well as clinching techniques. This type of training is one of the most effective in the mixed martial arts world and increases cardiovascular conditioning and focus. The training, which includes kicking and footwork as well as knees, punching, elbows, strengthening your core and improving balance is great for self defense. Our trainers are certified Muay Thai coaches who have fighting experience and have been training for years and traveling to Thailand camps to get real experience from authentic Muay Thai gyms.
